I took a training sometime ago on how to get the most out of my day. Consulting is intense but the productivity tips below have enabled me to achieve more each day:
1. Don’t multitask and avoid distractions
2. Plan your day a night before
3. Batch emails
4. Block time on your calendar for important tasks
5. Take real breaks, sleep well and stay hydrated
6. Brain dump
7. Have routines
